There are ABSOLUTLY NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for any body jewelry.

To prevent transmission of disease and to address the health concerns of our customers, we do not accept returns on any body piercing jewelry unless jewelry is returned to Maria's Accessories in the original, sealed bag that it was sent in, and the bag has not been opened or otherwise tampered with.

We ship all body piercing jewelry in individually sealed plastic bags. This allows the customer to examine size, quality, color, etc. before opening sealed bag. Do not open sealed bag until you are sure you wish to keep the product. See return procedures below.

Body piercing jewelry includes all jewelry worn in any piercing in your body. This includes, navel rings, tongue barbells, eyebrow jewelry, nose jewelry, nipple rings, ear rings/jewelry, etc.

We guarantee all our jewelry to be 100% free of manufacturer defects. Defective jewelry will be replaced with the identical item only. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Shipments are verified to ensure that all items ordered are included in package.

Defective or damaged items, or items returned for other reasons, must be reported to Maria's Accessories within 7 days of receipt by customer.

Maria's Accessories is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing.  We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose.Product descriptions for each item are provided and include sizing, materials, etc. If you should have any questions regarding item specifications please e-mail us at sales@mariasaccessories.com, prior to order placement.

 If you do not know what piercing jewelry type, size and material that is best for your piercing type, we suggest that you consult with a licensed, reputable piercing professional, before you purchase any body piercing jewelry.

Return Procedure

Defective or damaged items, or items returned for any reason, must be reported to Maria's Accessories  within 7 days of receipt.

Body Piercing Jewelry must be returned in original, sealed bag that has not been opened or otherwise tampered with. Non-piercing body jewelry can be returned by customer within 7 days from date of receipt for the identical item only that you are returning. All items must be unopened, unused, unworn, in absolutely brand new condition, and with original packaging to Maria's Accessories. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and/insurance on the package you return to us. We are not responsible for returns that we do not receive. We do not refund shipping charges.

We do not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will be refused.

Returns not packaged properly to prevent damage in the mail will be refused.

Please send an e-mail to sales@mariasaccessories.com for a return authorization number. Please include your name, order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return. Within 24 hours, you will receive a return authorization number via e-mail. 

If an item is returned because the wrong size, style, etc. was ordered as long as it is in original sealed bag that has not been opened, a replacement item will be sent as soon as the wrong size, style, etc. is recieved. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $2.99 handling fee.

Upon receiving an item returned because of manufacturer defects, the returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt by Maria's Accessories. If defects are found, the item will be replaced with the identical item. Returned body piercing jewelry is never re-sold. It is kept on file as proof that we do not sell used jewelry. We are very concerned about the health of our customers and we will never sell jewelry that has been worn.

Shipping

All shipments within the US are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

All international orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority Mail.  Delivery times may also be affected by the Customs procedures in your country. Maria's Accessories will not be responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are imposed on shipments to your country.

**MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF THE TRANSACTION**

Sales Tax

Residents of New York State  will be charged Sales Tax.
